I think you should discuss this with your husband. He might get angry if he finds out that you have been hiding this from him this whole time when he was busy getting his sperm test reports.
The best option here, like all the other ladies, I also would say that it's IVF. You work at a hospital as a nurse, I'm sure you'll know of some great clinics. If you don't, let me know if you want this to be in the US or abroad.
Oh, and take at least one more test report to be sure about your condition.

Go for IVF. I assume your womb is fine so just donor eggs would do. It's also important to note that before becoming pregnant via IVF (donor eggs) you need to prepare your body for the process first. Here are a few tips that you can take advantage of:
Take folic acid every day until you get pregnant. Folic acid helps in lowering the risk of birth defects in your child. Hey. You have already been given many different advice. However, only your choice remains. If finances allow surrogate motherhood, then this is the best option. You will know that this is your child. I am sorry to read about your situation and more sorry to know that you are in the same place as I am. I have been diagnosed with fallopian tubes blockage. I was so sad that I was a lost case. All I had done in the past year is cried and cried some more. Recently; my DH and I had chosen to have a surrogacy from BioTexCom. They are in our budget and have quite positive reviews from not only on digital forums but from people as well. I can suggest to the same. Try these new medical advancements. Do not die child-less when you can have a child.

I think you should let your husband know! It is important that he has a slight idea. IVF is a good option to consider. However, it is the doctor who really can help you with this. The process doesn't go how we think about it. There is a proper procedure that you have to go through. Here is an example of my procedure. So obviously the initial step is to research and get a recommendation about a certain clinic. After I got to know about a clinic I looked into their services. I was happy to know that they offered various programs including a guaranty program. They also offered two packages! VIP and Standard package which solved our financial concern. After the submission of the documents, we were invited for the first free visit. In this visit, both husband and I were medically examined. It is after that, that we visited the doctors who recommended the right treatment.

I am visiting a clnic abrad for my process. I suffer from a poor ovarian reserve due to which I havent been able to concieve naturally. IUI and IVF didnt work for me and I was really hopeless. However, I still decided to visit this clinic and they were so nice. They were the first ones to give me hope. The process started off when i emailed them for the first time. I was really impressed with how they attended me. After submiting them all the documents we were invited for the first free meeting. Before visiting them we had to choose a package amongst the two. We decided to opt for the standard package. When we visited them we had the opportunity to mee the doctors. I was really impressed with how he dealt with us. I didn't do that before and all I got in return was the pain. Now I m visiting this clinic abroad for my surrogacy, The packages are affordable and the staff is well experienced too. I didn't try IVF or IUI because the doctors told me loud and clear that I won't ever be able to give birth to my baby. That was a hard thing to accept but eventually, I did. I m in the middle of my treatment now, the surrogate is pregnant and all I have to do is wait for the due date. This clinic helped me with all my legal documentation and even provided me with a nice play to stay during my appointments. You should try this clinic, just email them and share your details. I guess you should visit a specialist. If you think that this is the issue then RE will confirm it for you. They will run a couple of tests and a scan to see if everything is alright. I can't recommend enough - worldcenterofbaby.comWCOB is the agency that we have chosen. And since the surrogacy program started we have not had a single complaint. They cover all of your basic expenses when in Kiev apart from the flight ones. And they are also very professional when it comes to communication.
