Hi My name is Pes and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. I just woke up one day and realized that I was to be carrying a baby in my womb. I experienced periods as normal and that hit my mind. I first inquired from my close ally what the problem might be. Unknown to us, we decided to visit the medic. After several tests, the doctor assured me that I was healthy and was suffering from no disease. Waiting for another month to conceive, I again had periods. This time I was much worried about my life and was suffering from stress. Without hesitation. I visited my personal doctor again for diagnosis. This time the doctor had to take the sample of my cervical mucus and do some medical analysis.my legs were crossed as I was waiting for any positive and negative results. But most preferably I was waiting for positive results. In a span of thirty minutes, the doctor came holding the medical report. “Jane hopes the message I have won’t surprise you,” the doctor said. With my mouth wide open the doctor let out the message that I was suffering from ovarian failure. I just yelled as I thought that was the end of me. only for the doctor to tell me the problem was as a result of hypothalamus malfunction.

Hi, Pes. I have been touched by your confession. I am so glad to learn the cure for the ovarian failure. Two years ago I also had such pains but when I visited the physician, I was informed it might be a result of alcohol intake and smoking cigarettes. To his submission, I used to take alcohol and smoked cigarettes obsessively. All these brought complications that totally affected my health. Thanks Pes for sharing here on this forum. I have also learnt something new that malfunction of the hypothalamus can cause ovaries to fail.

Regulation of the reproductive system is a process that requires the action of hormones from the pituitary gland, the adrenal cortex, and the gonads. During puberty, in both males and females, the hypothalamus produces GnRH, which stimulates the production and release of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the anterior pituitary gland. These hormones regulate the gonads (testes in males and ovaries in females); they are called gonadotropins. In both males and females, FSH stimulates gamete production and LH stimulates production of hormones by the gonads. An increase in gonad hormone levels inhibits GnRH production through a negative feedback loop In females, FSH stimulates development of egg cells (or ova) in structures called follicles. LH also plays a role in the development of ova, induction of ovulation, and stimulation of estradiol (a type of estrogen) and progesterone production by the ovaries. If these processes are not triggered by the GnRH, the development of sperms and follicles is dysfunctional. Without ovulation (the condition is called anovulation) and sperm production, the pregnancy is not possible.Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is therapy wherein the patient, in the course of medical treatment, receives hormones to supplement a lack of hormones. It is possible to use hormonal replacement therapy in case o malfunction of hypothalamus.

Hi dear, I'm sorry to hear that and know exactly how you feel. I've been dealing with this for 2 years now. I am happy that you are searching for answers in such a reputed forum and I am sure you will get the answers. I will try to give them as much as I can. Mini IVF is expensive but thank God I have partial coverage for testing and procedures. If you look up Lotus Center in Ukraine it will explain the whole process. They also include pricing and packages for those without insurance. How did the Doctor's visit go? I hope they are able to do something for you. Don't give up. I was not producing any follicles with a regular IVF cycle and since going to Lotus Center I have developed one mature follicle. So don't lose hope. Although the process is really slow and I'm only developing 1 follicle at a time I'm still going to keep trying. I hope the information I gave will help you and soon you will be able to give birth to a healthy and bright child. Be safe and stay blessed.

Hi pes, sorry to hear about your struggle. It is sad that you have to go through this. Ovarian failure has been a major issue for women's infertility and discovering which many women feel depressed and start losing hopes. I have come across many women on forums like these who fought with infertility even after failed attempts at conceiving which they said were a result of the ovarian failure. It breaks my hear to see someone go down this path of infertility, yet, forums like these play a vital role in giving hope to women like us as so many wonderful and strong ladies have shared their inspiring stories of how they fought infertility and conceived a healthy baby after they had lost almost all hopes and are happy and proud mothers today. I would like to suggest you to take a look at all these success stories on here, it will help you in staying positive and strong as it very important for you to be stress free and positive if you are to go through a fertility treatment like IVF. Along with the support from husband, and the people around you, the clinic's staff and the doctors and their professionalism also plays a major role in a stress free and successful IVF journey. One such clinic where I had seen many women go through a successful IVF with the right treatment and a great supporting staff is Biotexcom in Ukraine. Hi pes, I feel sorry for your problem and I would like to say that my support and prayers are with you. Ovarian failure is one of the major and common issues causing infertility in women and it is really a saddening thing to discover this issue. But I feel we should look at the brighter side here, which is there are treatments for this issue and there are many women who have fought this problem of infertility and have with the help of science and assisted reproductive technology, were able to conceive healthy and lovely children. I hope the success stories that you come across on this platform will give you some hope and strength to fight this problem and overcome successfully. It is a stressful thing to go through treatments like IVF, and when you are looking for clinics it can be a test of patience. In these times, talking with other women on this forum, who had such experiences can be a great thing as you can learn a lot from their experiences. I would like to suggest you one more thing. You should see a fertility specialist to get more insight on what you should be doing here on and how you can fight with this problem. I wish you all the best in finding the right path and wish you all the strength tho go through this phase.

Greetings, I'm Isabel in 41 years of age. I'm experiencing infertility. Since I have lost both of my ovaries as a result of a tumor, I miss that inclination regularly. A few times I lament the time that I squandered. I frequently ponder, that what I will do if I get a child. I attempt to cover my desire somewhere inside the obscurity of my heart. I am to a significant degree powerless to complete this by at any rate. Nobody can think about how disastrous it is the point at which you know you can't recuperate from this illness. I wish I could get an arrangement. That is the reason I got separated. I am genuinely in torment. I require some assistance. Give me some guidance with the goal that I could cure myself or escape this discouragement. I am experiencing this torture for quite a while. Rationally and physically I'm in torment.

Oh! Dear its completely unbearable and very unfortunate. In suggest you collect yourself. It has happened to many women. Reason of infertility always varies but pain is the same. There are plenty of options available. Family is everyone’s dream but I guess not everyone can see it come true. It is important to talk with your husband and sort it out. Surrogacy is the best available option. Although it is expensive in US and Europe but clinics in other countries are also preferable.

Unfortunately, there is no proven method of stimulating the ovaries if POF is diagnosed. However, in some POF cases there are some treatment options. Here are just a few that a fertility specialist may recommend:
If you have untreated hypothyroidism, your physician will place you on thyroid medication.
If associated autoimmune problems are found, steroid therapy may be used for some individuals.
A short course of estrogen replacement therapy may lower the FSH to an acceptable value before attempting ovulation induction with human menopausal gonadotropins. Administration of high dose human menopausal gonadotropins after priming with estrogen/progestogen replacement therapy has resulted in pregnancy in a small number of cases.

"""Oh, sweetie There will come plenty of difficult obstacles in your path, please don’t allow yourself to become one of them. You should subscribe yourself to the view of surrogacy dear. This will make your dreams come true. I'll quote my fave line here ""you have survived 100% of your worst days, the odds are in your favor now"". Wish you the best!"""

Hey there! I hope you are feeling better. I m so sorry to hear about this. Don't worry you can still conceive with alternatives like IVF and Surrogacy. Both treatments are safe and successful. I m also having surrogacy at this clinic abroad to conceive. So I can assure you that it's a good treatment just make sure you are opting for a clinic with high success rate. I m glad I found a good one for myself, it's important to have experienced doctors by your side in such treatments. Good Luck!

Hi! I feel so bad for you. Infertility is a really hard thing to cope with. But don't worry there are many treatments that can help you with conceiving. I think IVF is the perfect option for you. But you have to find a clinic first, with a high success rate. That's very important. Good luck.

I am really sorry to read this. I hope things get better for you. There is this clinic that is offering treatment for females like you. The process is called mitochondria donation. They basically take mitochondria of a donor and inject that into the person egg. This gives the egg energy. Eventually increases the chances of success. I would suggest you look into it.
