My name is Diy and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. Over the years I have been experiencing urinary stress inconsistencies. As time progressed I became more sickened till I was subjected to bedrest. I couldn’t fathom what was happening to my body. On visiting my physician and doctor, they did several tests which didn’t give any solution to my problem. I was sent home again to wait for a major operation to be done after the lapse of two weeks. It didn’t auger well with me. I hated the knife and I lacked concentrations. Without much convictions, I instead decided to visit the physiotherapist. All the scan was done to me and the medic observed it wasn’t a major problem. What I was lacking were just physical exercises. I was subjected to exercises that were too overwhelming for me. My pelvic muscles were weak and needed strengthening. I was pregnant by the time which complicated the matters. After giving birth, I felt relieved. This time, I was put on a series pelvic floor muscle strengthening which eased my problem. Due to the regular antenatal classes I attended, the problem vanished for good and am now a happy mother.

Thanks Diy for your submissions. I was really moved by your condition and felt very motivated if you rose again. The condition of leaking urine can occur especially after giving birth. In some mothers, it can occur when the urinary bladder allows leakage and passage of urine. The condition is known as the fistula. In other cases, it occurs when the bladder nerves are damaged.
