My name is Diy and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. The problem to my menstrual cramps almost eased the moment I stopped taking junks. I had suffered painful cramps for almost half of my life. No one could exactly know the cause but only the doctors who saved my life. In almost a decade, I used to take fatty foods and carbonated drinks. Little did I know I was putting my life at risk. It almost took the intervention of the doctors and my friends alike but no one had the solution. Month after month the problems became worse. After the medics did several checkups of my blood, they found the problem was a high intake of caffeine. I couldn’t believe because almost all my sisters took it almost thrice a day. As if in a mess, I avoided caffeine for some time and waited for my next periods. Worse of all it never stopped but the problem aggravated. The medics became more worried and took samples of my blood to check the common cause of my problem. After a thorough analysis of my blood, it was found that my blood was so much caffeinated. To counter this, I was advised to take more ginger and stop caffeine. That was when my problem stopped and ended completely and started experiencing painless and cramps free periods.

I am so encouraged with what I can read. I have been using ginger alongside tea and food but I have never thought it has some phenomenal medicinal values. During my study, I came to learn that it has some anti-inflammatory properties which act as a relief to primary dysmenorrhea, especially during periods. Otherwise thank you very much for sharing this.

Thanks very much saw for your insight. I never thought ginger is so good and anti-inflammatory plant that can easily be used as a relief to primary dysmenorrhea. Since time immemorial I always think and believe that ginger is only used as an ingredient in the recipe for tea. During my days at the onset of periods, I used to experience painful periods but the only thing I knew is to rush to the hospital for medication. I was always given painkillers which eased the pain but never solved the root of the problem. As time went by, I had spent a lot of money which I could have devoted to something else. In the process and at the very end, I realised I was infertile and again I spent a lot of money. I was so devastated but later on, I came to learn of BioTex clinic and I opted for IVF egg donation. It was cheap and very cost friendly plus the presence of very competent staff.
