My name is Diy and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. I started feeling pain in my lower abdomen and I didn’t know why. I started taking capsules and painkillers to ease my pain. Little did I know it was painful crumps I was experiencing. It was my first time to undergo menstruation and I didn’t know its effects. I tried to inquire from my parents what the problem was but they didn’t have the clue. Everyone thought it was a problem with the stomach. But through thorough home checks up by my mum it didn’t bear any fruit. Surprisingly menses started flowing and I realized I had become mature. It lasted for six days and the pain went with it. After another cycle, the same problems of crumps came again. This time more paining and very painful to an extent of spending sleepless nights. I visited the doctor who gave me the diagnosis of my crumps. Several checks were done in my body to check whether I was suffering from malnutrition. Vital vitamins and nutrients were found to be lacking in my blood. The doctor advised me to take enough balanced diet and wait for the next cycle. On my next cycle, I didn’t experience any more crumps. I felt very happy and very motivated and healed for the better.

I am really glad to read your confession. It is really insightful. The painful cramps can develop due to lack of enough blood flowing to the uterus. During contractions of the uterine walls, the vessels are pressed and in the process reduce blood flow. This causes little oxygen to flow to the uterus causing pain. The condition is treatable by taking medicine like aspirin.

my menstruation is so painful, it feels like im dying all the time. anyway, none of the doctors advised me something to get rid of the pain. im taking so many painkillers and killing my stomach, so afterwards i have the pain there as well...

Hi, MaryParish I am really feeling for you. Painful periods are so disturbing and no one on earth would dare yearn to pass through it. Sometimes they can be caused by the pressure exerted on the blood vessels around the uterus. It is during this time you tend to see a doctor. Sometimes it can be caused by the numerous growth that happens in the uterus. It can also be caused by the irregular production of hormones responsible for menstruation. Me too I once had challenges with my reproductive health but I got the right treatment. It almost made me infertile and when I visited BioTex clinic in Ukraine, all was well with me.

It is good to know that your problem is solved finally. It is a point of great concern that we try to get rid of painful menses with the help of painkillers. At any cost, we should try to avoid painkillers as these can prove to be harmful in the long run. We have to understand that approximately all the health problems can be solved by mere changes in our diet. A few days ago, I was reading an article which says, most of the adolescent girls are suffering from malnutrition in this world. Nowadays, girls less care about their diet and suffers from malnutrition. This generation is more interested in eating junk food and packaged foods. These are the unhealthy habits which increase bad cholesterol in our body. Increase in bad cholesterol directly means that we will be more prone to diseases in the long run. If parents try to incur good dietary habits in their children from the early stages of life then, only we can fight malnutrition and other diseases like that.

Sorry for your pain. But pain is common in periods. If you have mild menstrual cramps, take aspirin. For best relief, you must take some medications as soon as bleeding or cramping starts. These medications are such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or naproxen. Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or tummy. You can also stop period cramps by many things as Fish Oil and Vitamin B1 or needle away period cramps. Your food should contain something like these Calcium, Dark chocolate, Celery, Hummus or Pineapples. Try to boost your endorphins
