Hi My name is Mek and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. In my first trimester, I became a victim of unnecessary pains in my abdomen. It could not ease as the days progressed but became worse after taking a sleep. In the event of taking a cold drink, it seemed to lessen my problem. The discomfort was very alarming to an extent of causing my eyes to blur. I couldn’t discern the cause and neither did my friends do. “so painful!” I always uttered every morning. In excesses of the pain, headache crept in one bit at a time. I was totally in distress. The burning sensation in my bladder and urinary tract was so disturbing. I too never had the urge of taking water or fluid of any kind. The rhythmic contractions of my bladder and abdomen were so displeasing and always brought my psyche down. It was only after a few weeks later that I started to experience urinary discharge. Something I often found so unusual. The unpleasant odor was so nauseating. I could also faint more often and experience the worst-case scenario ever of losing weight and skin color change.

Thank you very much for sharing such vital information with us. It is through this forum that I have learned a lot. There are many reasons behind pregnancy pains. Through my research, I have learnt that one of the most common is the back pains. It can occur due to weight gain, hormonal change and muscle separation. Another result of pregnancy pain is the fistula that occurs when the mother experiences strain during birth. It is always advisable if you experience such to visit the gynaecologist.

My dear friend, you are truly an inspirational for other women who face the same situation in life. We women face the situation with great efforts and finally get over it too. You do not need to need to worry and care about the foods and diet properly. Surely you will be able to conceive the baby easily and feel less pain during delivering the baby. Due to movement and imbalance of the hormones it happens and women face the pregnancy pain in between. You need to drink plenty of water and coconut water which is a naturally boosting drink. Moreover you can have the high nutrients and vitamins diet daily. It help in keeping the hormones balance and give energy to body. You need to take the rest properly and don’t ever lift the heavy things at all. You can go for the morning walk and drink the fresh juice and it help in curing the pregnancy pain.

Hi dear. I was feeling the same as you are feeling, a lot of pain. But then I came to know about the lotus center of Ukraine and went there. The doctors there are really helpful and the tips helped me a lot. This my first pregnancy, been trying for a while. I'm 5 weeks and really excited, but worried. I woke up with intense period pains in the night. I was doubled up. I've had dull period pains on and off all week. I called NHS direct who told me to see my GP tomorrow. They said it is common to have period like pains around this time but I'm worried because mine was so severe. The severe pain lasted around 10 minutes and I was convinced I was miscarrying. However, there's been no bleeding - so fingers crossed! Also after having a wee, the pain eased off! I think I may have to set an alarm so I can wee in the night before the pain reaches this level again!! I need to wee so often. After my consultation with the doctors, it eased a lot.

Hey Mek, welcome to the most informative Forum, where all the helpful members are there to give a solution to your problems. Abdominal cramps during pregnancy are quite normal, but after reading your post I don't feel that your cramps are normal. Just go to your doctor ASAP!! You need to know the reason behind these cramps and unusual discharge. You need to get your tests done. Just take care of yourself.

Hi Mek Welcome to the forum I think it's perfectly normal to experience cramping during the first trimester. It often results from normal changes that occur during your child's development. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was very worried about cramps. I never had them before. I visited the doctor and she told me that this is normal but can be a concern in certain special cases. I'd advise checking with your doctor just to make sure it's not something you should be worried about.
