Hi My name is Mek and I am a new member in this forum. I will highly appreciate to share more with you. After suffering from prolonged infertility, I later found the necessary treatment. Back to my young age, I was late to receive my menstruation. It only came when it was too late for me. I underwent high and lows of all kind. Frustration was all of the places I went. From my closes friends to my relatives. Worse of all my hubby divorced me and treated me like an outcast. My hormonal imbalance had gone to such levels that I was not able to conceive. The imbalance had changed my menstrual cycle which inhibited fertile cervical mucous. Low levels of the cervical mucous in my cervix enhanced the increased destruction of the sperms. The acidity level was so high and would kill all the sperms as they swam the canal. On visiting the medical doctor, I was prescribed to take the tablets to boost my progesterone and estrogen hormones. This allowed me to decrease the acidity of the vagina canal and I was very glad that on adhering to that, I got pregnant. The cervical mucous was able to be produced in mass and the sperms swam so easily with no restrictions. And after nine months, I was able to deliver a bouncing baby boy. This gave me hope to live and mingle easily with other women.

I am glad for your strength to rise up again and be strong. Low cervical mucous in most instances occur as a result of hormonal imbalance, getting older, taking medication, being too skinny, dehydration and possibly after the periods.

Wow, you have truly invigorated me. Thank you very much for sharing your condition with us in this forum. If the condition persists during any other time, you can have a visit at BioTex clinic in Kiev in Ukraine. In this clinic, the fee is friendly and I know you can easily afford. You don't have to worry anymore. I know low cervical mucus can sometimes make someone give up on getting children but worry not. They have a database for donor eggs and so you can't have a lot of hustle. Your condition as yours if it persists the only option is to undergo IVF egg donation.

Hi dear. I too didn't really pay much attention to cm until I started to TTC after a miscarriage. I was worried I wasn't producing enough so tried grapefruit juice ( that messed my cycle up ) I tried preseed ( that gave me a funny smell) I drank lots of water ( that didn't seem to make any difference .) In the end, I just stopped the ovulation sticks as I knew roughly when I ovulate and just had sex every other day during my fertile week and relaxed and let nature take its course. Remember there is only approx 20% chance of conception in any given cycle. The month I did conceive I did notice I was a bit more "in the mood" as I had taken the pressure off, this probably did increase my cm as stress can affect hormones. Try to relax and if you ask for my suggestion, I will ask you to consult with Lotus Clinic in Ukraine to get the best possible advice in this matter. I hope it helps. Be safe and stay blessed.

Wow this is so glad to hear. I have a problem similar to yours but its a little different and doesn't have a cure yet. My entire uterus is not hospitable for sperms due to acidity. So your problem was lesser than mine. Reading this post has given me hope. I am over 40 years of age. I have been infertile for over 12 years. I have gone from one fertility clinic to the other. I was even prescribed the treatment you mentioned. But it didn't work. And on this forum, I have come across many infertile woman. You're post has really lifted me up. I wish all the very best to you and your little angel. And a bit of advice. Always stay happy and jubilant
