Hello everyone, How you all are doing. I wish you all find this at your best. Please suggest me some good diet. My health is decreasing day by day. I am worried for my baby that is inside me. I am due in August. I am so excited that I can't tell you this. Please suggest me some good diet. Also suggest me some good maternity clothes shops. I soon need that too as my abdomen is increasing. I am really happy but worried too. Please help and suggest some good things. I am really looking forward. Thanks in advance.

I hope things go smoothly for you. I believe the first and foremost important thing is that you start including nutirents in your diet. Completely avoid any form of junk food. Also dont drink caffinee. Othar than this ask doctor to give you vitamins. Good luck to you. I hope things get bettr for you.

The suggestion that I can give you is to make sure that your diet consists of important macro and micronutrients. These nutrients are very much needed by your body. Apart from that make sure that you are doing yoga. This will help keep your body relaxed. However, at the end of the day, it is very important to first consult your doctor. Make sure that your doctor thinks its okay for you to eat certain things or not. Also stay hydrated! Good luck to you.
