Hello ladies,
I am so much worried for my physical condition. I am 190 pounds and I have excessive fats on my body. I am worried that me and my husband are trying and nothing is happening. It's been 7 months now. I need to take tests but my husband is saying that we should wait more and try. I am so much worried about my condition. Is this because of my body fats?? what should I do to solve my problem?? Should I use some supplements to reduce myself or go for a surgery?? surgery has any effect on my conception process??? is it dangerous or not??? I am already in much problem. I don't want anymore problems in my life.

Hello Rose23. Welcome in the gang. Your concerns seem very genuine. You need to convince your husband regarding the weight losss thing. One of the major reasons behind the infertility is the obesity. The more the women gain weight, the more the chances of conception decrease. The weight gain and obesity can cause poor ovulatory functioning. The eggs produced in many obese ladies are of poor quality that do not have the tendency to grow into embryos. Rose you must go for pathological tests to find out what is reason behind this rapid weight gain.As far as the surgery is concerned, it has both the negative and the positiv impacts. If you are planning to conceive in the near future then I think its time you take helpfrom BioTex cliniic in Ukraine. They would give you a professional help and give the perfect advice. Many people recommend the bariatric surgery because it results in an instant weight loss that can help you in multiple ways. I hope you reach your desired goals. I wish you a comfortable conception soon.

Hey, there I am sure it isn't easy for you. Yes BMI factor is a real factor which can affect your ability to get pregnant. I would suggest that you change your lifestyle. Start exercising and have a planned diet. However, your DH to some extent is right as it takes at least a year for any to conceive. So yes wait is the key to this procedure. But as you are genuinely concerned. There is no harm in visiting the doctor. Make sure the choice of the clinic is correct other than that best of luck no need to worry.

Hey there. I hope that you're doing good. I'm sorry for your condition here. Ttc is not an easy journey at all. Yes, excessive fats in the body can lead to late conception. Sometimes it is difficult to carry a child too, in some cases. Obesity causes hormonal imbalances. They trigger problems with ovulation and menstrual cycle. Women with excess weight take longer to conceive. When they conceive, they have a higher risk of pregnancy complications. Complications like diabetes and premature birth are common. If you're eating a healthy diet, it is fine to lose some weight in ttc. You should also hold off TTC until you're closer to the ideal weight. So you can give your baby the possible best start. I hope that you got my point. I hope that things get better for you. Take care of yourself. Much love.

Weight can be a factor due to which TTC is taking so long. I would suggest that you visit a clinic to assist you in this situation. Overweight is a rising issue and should be dealt with seriously. I recently as well got in touch with a clinic upon reading wonderful reviews about them. Therefore, make sure the clinic you visit is operating at a success rate. The doctors year of experience also matters a lot. I think you should look into assisted conceptions to help you. IVF is a process that many people are opting for these days. It is mainly due to this factor that many couples have been able to fight through infertility. The clinic I am visiting is also doing a wonderful job. So many couples from all around the globe are visiting them. A week ago 6 surrogate mothers gave birth. The intended parents were so happy and delightful. Good luck to you. I hope your process goes well.

Hello, how are you doing? Sorry to hear about your struggles. I know it is a hard time for you. And it isn't easy to decide. I'm no doctor, so I can't advise you to take supplements or things of that sort. However, I will advise you to do something about it now. It is sometimes hard to accept the reality and do something about it. People go on TTC for years because they simply don't accept the fact that something might be wrong. This just makes your life sadder and harder. I'm not asking you to rush into things. Take your time. Talk to your husband about it. In my opinion, now is a good time to see your doctor and find a solution for this. Delaying won't be a good idea. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. I went through the same phase. I'm glad I talked to my doctor and applied for suitable treatments. I have a beautiful boy now.

Hey Rose. Don't worry this much. I know this is natural. But you have got to find out some good solution for it. You may visit some expert and consult it with him. He may be able to help you more efficiently. There are some chances that it might be because of your weight. But don't forget that there are mang ways to help you through that too. Stay hopeful.

I would say to reduce your weight but in a healthy way. Both the above mentions are not good for you. Opt for a good diet. Do lots and lots of work out. These things will significantly help. Good luck to you. I hope you are soon able to concive. Sending baby dust your way.

Agree with the previous commenter. It is never healthy to starve yourself to death. you should eat healthily and workout just so you can achieve the shape and body health of a normal healthy person. and it should apply to all women. not just those that are ttcing. the excessive will also boost your confidence and get rid of any signs of depression.

It is not necessary that being overweight will have an impact on your TTC journey. However, it can have an impact too! So I can't really say anything. The doctors would suggest that you try for a year. If nothing happens then you would have to lose weights. Go for the safe option. Consult the doctor for this as well. Sending baby dust your way.
