oh it is always better to ask your gyno first. Listen to what professionals have to recommend you. it should be your first priority. not those advice other people tell you on the internet.
well, of course, there are some exceptions. iui is the first thing you'd get recommended though. I had 1 iui round before. and it is not that different from your casual intercourse. but the chances of getting pregnant are slightly higher.
i'd go for ivf. personally. But I do not know your case, so my recommendations should not be accepted fully. take it as an option.
