Anyone got some tried and tested family recipes that boys of 2 and 5 are guaranteed to eat?

In the Glos Rd WI cookbook there was a great recipe for Glamorgan Sausages, my two seem to love those and I've been sneaking in extra veggies to them.

try to do the simple casserole! it is easy to prepare and you can cook it anytime of the day. it can be breakfast with ham cheese and hashbrown or something more interesting for the dinner. get the recipes from james oliver, he is easy to understand and funny
