Hey People, I have heard about this forum from my best friend. She told me that everyone is helpful and friendly here. She has made some good friends here who have advised her throughout the pregnancy. So I thought to try my luck as well. I am not pregnant neither I can be, but I am finding solutions to have children. I want a family of my own don't want to adopt. Can anyone please tell me what and how that is possible? I had breast cancer which I came to know about after marriage and further chemotherapy has caused amenorrhoea .This led to my infertility. Now I have recovered much and got better so digging my options to expand my family. People say surrogacy is very result oriented for a woman like me who can have a biological link with the baby even though the surrogate will carry my baby. Is it true? Will my genes transfer in the child without me carrying him?

Hello, Carrie, I hope you are doing fine now. I wish there would be no existence of cancer in this world. Have you talked to your doctor about your infertility? Is your disease curable so that you can get pregnant? Yes, surrogacy is an amazing option. I would recommend you to go for it as I have personally experienced it. I was a patient of ovarian cancer. Therefore, I went for surrogacy to have my own baby. Yes, if you go for surrogacy the baby will be genetically yours as the clinic will use your eggs and your husband’s sperm.

Hello, Carrie, you have chosen the best platform to tale suggestions. People here are like a family. They give the best advice. Surrogacy is one of the best procedures to have your biological baby. However, as you are suffering from amenorrhea so the clinic will be using donor eggs. Your genes will not be transferred to your baby. However, your husband’s genes will be transferred as his sperms will be used to form an embryo. I was also suffering from ovarian cancer. my ovaries were removed and donor eggs were used in my case for my baby. There is nothing wrong in it. You can go for it.

Yes. You can have a baby that will be your biological. This kind of surrogacy is called gestational surrogacy. Your eggs are fertilized with your husband's sperm. The embryos are developed and introduced inside the surrogate's uterus. The surrogate won't have any genetical link to the child. I hope this was helpful. You should really consider this for yourself.

Hi there! Welcome to the forum hon. Yes, the baby can be genetically yours if you go for surrogacy. Just make sure the clinic you are opting for has a high success rate. Clinics play an important role in this. I have tried so many clinics but it never worked for me. So I opted for a clinic abroad and now everything is going great for me. I hope it works out for you too. Stay blessed and Good Luck!

Hi! I hope you are doing well. Surrogacy is a perfect option for people who can't carry their own child. In surrogacy, your baby can have genetic ties to you. So don't worry. Just make sure you opt for a clinic with high success rate. Good luck.

I think opting for surrogacy this early might not be an option. The clinic I am visiting will only let you opt for it if you have been diagnosed with infertility. Surrogacy is not a choice but the only option. I believe you should first be visiting a good RE doctor. Let them know about your situation and then decide what you want to do. Good luck to you. If you want to know about my clinic I can surely send you the information. Sending baby dust your way.

I am visiting the clinic for the surrogacy process. So far things are going really well. When I was opting for a clinic I just wanted to make sure that they were operating legally. Once this was confirmed I then moved on to check the experience of the doctors. They were the only that met my criteria. I will definitely suggest you that visit them. The doctors will help decide which process to opt for. Sending baby dust your way.

I as an IP support the surrogacy process. I believe it is an amazing procedure to opt for. It allows one to have kids that are genetically connected to them. However, for the process, there are a few things that you'll have to be careful about. Firstly make sure the clinic you visit knows how to carry the process out. They should know all about the legalities as well. The clinic I am visiting has done everything for us and it has made my life so much easier. Therefore, look at all the aspects.
