Hello Marion! Welcome to the forum. I am sorry about your problem. I had the similar situation so I was reading about it all the time. When it comes to treating blocked fallopian tubes, the traditional solution is tubal surgery. However, surgery is invasive and has several possible side-effects, one of the most common one being the risk of developing ectopic pregnancies. A less invasive and more affordable solution in cases of fallopian tube obstruction is in vitro fertilization, or IVF. Most women who suffer from blocked fallopian tubes choose IVF instead of surgery. IVF is safe and effective, and offers women with infertility problems a very easy solution to conceive. However, in case the obstruction of the fallopian tubes is associated with fluid filling a blocked fallopian tube, the success rate of IVF is smaller, so doctors recommend treating hydrosalpinx before having IVF. I recommend you to contact special clinic for treting infertility. There they will know after a checkup what sort of blocked fallopian tubes you have. Then they will know are you a good candidate for ivf. I went to BioTexCom in Ukraine. That is a very good clinic with excellent doctors. I conceive after a second ivf treatment. Contact them and you will know better.

Thank you Katty for quick response. I am glad that I found someone who succeed with ivf despite blocked fallopian tubes. I will try to contact this clinic. Thank you for the information. I want to try with ivf. I don't want to go for surgery yet. If I have other option I want to avoid surgery. I don't want to give up. My only wish for past few years is to hold my baby in arms. I am thinking about that all the time. It's hard to find strenght when all I heard about my condition till now was a bad news. Even it so hard to deal with it I am not ready to give up. I want to try every single way to get pregnant. If nothing will help me then I will consider surrogacy or something else. My husband is ready even to adopt a child. We have a lot of love and we want someone to give him that love.

Hi moms! Nothing to worry you all can make baby one day i am sure my first pregnancy (conceived naturally) resulted in a miscarriage which devastated me. Fast forward after getting negative tests month after month and we found out my husband had very low count and poor morphology. We did IVF with ICSI and got pregnant on our first cycle for which I am so grateful. Our beautiful daughter was born June 16th.

Hello! I had the horrible heartburn at the end of my pregnancy with my son and I would eat Tums like candy. But, I had to deliver him a week early because it got so bad (pain in my throat started) that I couldn't even drink water. It hurt so bad I found out after I ended up with an eroded throat lining. I had to be on medication for months after his birth to heal it. So please be careful. And best wishes.

Hey Marion, if one or both fallopian tubes are blocked, the egg cannot reach the uterus, and the sperm cannot reach the egg, preventing fertilization and pregnancy. It's also possible for the tube not to be blocked totally, but only partially. This can increase the risk of a tubal pregnancy, or ectopic pregnancy. Surgery can be used to try to correct this common cause of infertility. The specific type of surgery depends on the location and extent of the fallopian tube blockage. Some tubal procedures can be done using microsurgical techniques, either during open abdominal surgery or using laparoscopy through a small incision. You can also go for Ivf, but is better to try these methods first.

Hey there. Hope you are doing great. I am sorry to hear about your condition. In your condition, there is no chance of fertilization of eggs and sperms. Since there is no possible way for them to come together. There are many ways to treat your problem. The most commonly used is its surgery but it costs a lot and causes many complications. On the other hand, there is a method which is cost effective and has a high success rate. IVF is a procedure which is helping people with such problems to conceive. In this procedure, the fertilization of eggs and sperms is vitro. That is, the sperms and eggs are kept under special circumstances to get fertilized. After fertilization, they are transferred back into your uterus. Through this, you get to enjoy the pregnancy days and get to have your own baby. You can go for someone else's sperms or eggs if you have got some problem with yours. It is very much common these days. Best wishes. Hope to hear more from you.

I think age doesn't matter. Unless your body is not fully perfect for baby. If your body is fully prepared and can conceive then you have to choose the natural process. I read you are saying about block tubes. This is some thing complex and scary for your. There can be multiple reason for this. That i can't explain you, so it's better to consult your doctor on regular basis and consult properly. One day you will get results. If this is a case of infertility then you have to choose the other process to have a baby. Many of us don't know about clinics that are providing opportunity to have a baby through surrogacy process. Keep doing research and find perfect one for your self.

if you end up choosing surrogacy, i'd recommend you looking into Ukrainian clinics. Here is one of them - worldcenterofbaby.comWe have signed with WCOB this JAN. Our surrogate is already pregnant (hurray) and we are so happy. It took me years to finally accept my fate and start looking for the solutions. I'd advise you to try IVF first and then think about other options. xx
